Below, you’ll find detailed information about our shipping process, including processing times, shipping times, and associated costs.

Shipping Methods

We ship all orders using USPS services. Available shipping options include:

• USPS Ground Advantage: Cost-effective shipping for domestic orders, ideal for non-urgent deliveries.

• USPS Priority Mail: Faster delivery for domestic orders, typically arriving in 1-3 business days.

Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Processing Times

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

• Preorders and Custom Requests: Preorders and custom requests require additional time and will be processed within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase.

• Custom or Made-to-Order Items: If your order includes custom or made-to-order items, processing may take an additional 3-5 business days.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after processing are as follows:

• USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days for domestic delivery.

• USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days for domestic delivery.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times provided by USPS. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or carrier issues.  We live on an island and this often adds a day to shipping times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, your location, and the selected shipping method. Exact costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Example costs for domestic shipping:

• USPS Ground Advantage: Starting at $4.50 for lightweight packages.

• USPS Priority Mail: Starting at $7.95 for lightweight packages.

Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotions, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

• Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. You can track your package directly on the USPS website (www.usps.com) or by contacting us for assistance.

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information.
