Return Policy for Salty Harbor Treasures
At Salty Harbor Treasures, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is designed to ensure a hassle-free experience if something goes wrong with your order. Please review the details below to understand our return process.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly accept a return or provide a replacement.
Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, we will accept a return or send the correct item.
Note: We do not accept returns for reasons other than those listed above, such as change of mind or incorrect sizing ordered by the customer. Please contact us if you have questions before placing your order.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at support@saltyharbortreasures.com within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue. Include your order number, a description of the issue (e.g., damaged item or wrong item sent), and photos of the item if applicable.
Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, if possible, and include a copy of the order confirmation or receipt.
Ship the Item: Send the item to the return address provided in email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return.
Processing Times
Review of Return Request: We will respond to your return request within 2-3 business days of receiving your email.
Inspection of Returned Item: After receiving your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days to confirm it meets our return eligibility criteria.
Resolution: Upon approval, we will process a refund or replacement within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If a replacement is requested and the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
Exceptions
Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as "final sale" or custom-made products are not eligible for return.
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging.
